Best Buy rebranded Worst Buy

Images_9 For the three readers of this blog, I’ll say it once and once only – never, ever, ever buy from Best Buy.
They typify rubbish customer service and deserve nobody’s business. A good lesson though in how not to do it. Everything from no direct telephone numbers to call back on, no traceability, all script driven and the piece de resistance – “Someone will email you in 3 days”.

  1. Having just attempted to buy a humidfier for Binx’s room, i must agree. Rudest CS-experience ever. Shocking how they actually make money in the stores rather than online. Customer experience is an incredible differentiator and creator of value – and UX is not about the price.
