So I started this blog as a way to share the “thrills and spills” of start up and give others a sense of what works and what doesn’t. It has been pretty thin on the ground in terms of helping other entrepreneurs build their business.
So here is Tip #1. There may only be one tip so lap it up…Think twice before singing a lullaby on the company voicemail system. I did it. It gets a comment on the blog or by email from time to time. Some tell me not to quit my day job. But every morning I start the day by clearing my mesages. I get about 7 – 10 messages of which 80% are in fact simply, “listeners”…who often end up becoming ‘giggle-ers” as they hear how I take a simple song like “Hush little baby” and really make a meal of it…!
