This can’t be good

Tokyo just announced that it has cancelled its annual marathon due to be held next month. As a Japanese speaking marathon runner in the year Japan is set to host the Olympics it’s a triple blow.

This must surely put the cancellation of the Tokyo2020 Games at a better than 50:50 proposition. Hopefully not but it’s just 4 months away.

The bushfires might be over but the real trouble has only just begun.

Speaking with fire-affected Bega business owners today and it seems like despite the millions of dollars donated, the Government is battling to figure out how to distribute it.

In one instance a company is unable to restart manufacturing as their fire-damaged factory cannot be touched until the assessors have arrived. And the assessors haven’t arrived. And there’s no sign of anyone coming anytime soon. What would you do?
